Building Your Care Network

Caregivers

A caregiver is anyone that is authorized to help a care recipient complete their daily health and wellness tasks. While this includes professional caregivers and home health aides, if you take care of a loved one and help them with daily health and wellness tasks, you can also be considered a caregiver.

Caregivers can:

  • Be assigned shifts

  • Complete tasks

  • Log health-related events

  • See a care recipient’s details

Observers

An observer is someone who is an interested party of the care recipient, but not actively taking care them. This can include a friend or relative that you want to keep in the know.

Observers can:

  • See tasks, health events, shifts, and care recipient details

  • They can also be notified about certain events in Proxwell™ to keep track of a care recipient’s health journey
